Reliability and ease of control

The «Easy Yeast»system consists of 3 vessels::  

- Sterilizer: sterilization of hopped-beer wort is carried out in the first vessel
- Propagator: in the second vessel begins the propagation of pure yeast culture
- Mass propagator: in the third vessel takes place the bulk propagation of yeast culture to the extent necessary for the technological process.

The process control is performed automatically, in accordance with the established parameters, the temperature and aeration of the medium are monitored.

Dedicated CIP washing system

The Easy Yeast system is cleaned and disinfected by a separate, automated, 3-section, vertical CIP system.
